Gold Glove Baseball Camp is specifically  designed for youngsters in grades K-8 who have a desire to learn and improve playing  the game  of baseball. From the beginning player to a veteran Little Leaguer, the camp program focuses on and promotes teamwork, learning, and fun, along with a strong focus on skill  development through drill work and game experience.

In grouping players primarily by age (the only exceptions being campers who have physically matured beyond their age group), the principles of teamwork, encouragement, and patience are reinforced.

The daily program begins with stretching followed by an instructional session that allows players to practice the skill being taught that day or practice one taught previously during the week. A coach pitch game follows with teams using a rotating batting order to ensure that all campers get a maximum number of at-bats during  the day and throughout the week.

After lunch, a second instructional skill  development session is held which is then followed by the second game of the day. In the event of rain, campers will be taken indoors for a baseball movie, trivia contest, or individual instruction from the Camp Staff.
